High quality hits are identified using data from high-throughput screening, ligand-based computational methods, and structure-aided drug design.
Our screening libraries include over 300,000 carefully designed, high-purity compounds with "lead-like" physicochemical properties.
Lead compounds are developed based on potency, selectivity, novelty, and favorable in vivo behavior.
Multiple chemical series are advanced deep into the screening cascade (including in vivo PK and tolerability studies) early in the project in order to identify potential liabilities.
